Although I am not really much into Politics--but being stuck at home for the past three days because of my dang Flu, I ended up watching the Democratic National Convention and was captured not much by the speeches--but more of by the electrifying performance medley of Patriotic songs by Melissa Etheridge.

A Filipina at Heart and a proud American--I sure will cast my Vote come November 4th.

When I woke up this morning I am feverish and my throat felt really scratchy, and it hurt when I talk. I still decided to go to work but ended up going home after just about an hour. I felt a bit better for a while in the afternoon, but now feeling blah again.

Hay, 2nd day in row--I am back home early from work because of this dang flu! :(

I may need a strong dose of KISSpirin and YAKAPsule *YIKES* *thows-up*ewww gross!* LOL!!!*

A friend/co-worker just came back from her vacation and got me a really cool personalized dream box--I am suppose to write on a piece of paper what I am wishing for--then put it inside this box and it will come true--hmm, [*thinking*] which of my wishes should I ask for then?--[*esep, esep*]--well, I honestly can say that I am already so thankful for how things are going in my life right now--but then again, as they say, one must not stop dreaming or you end up not living right?

Ah, let me see then, [*reached out for a pen and paper*] [*writing silently*]--I wish for...[&@#*>!#%]--[*SECRET daw eh]--[*pwede ba e-bulong ko din sa hangin ;) *]--okay folks, if it does come true--I will for sure share it here he! he! ;)

That's it for tonight folks as I feel like I am coming down with a flu--I have been sneezing since this morning and my throat is hurting now--so, I guess, for now my wish is not to get sick so I could enjoy our Labor Day Weekend.  Have a wonderful night y'all and may all our dreams come true!
